Delivery

 All orders are sent with Royal Mail:

UK orders:

• Free Royal Mail Special Delivery delivery on orders over £100. This means that it should be delivered by 1pm on the day after we notify you it has shipped, and you can track your order.
• Free Royal Mail First Class Signed For delivery for orders over £65
• Orders under £65 are sent using 1st Class Royal Mail and will be with you within 2-4 working days of your shipping notification. There is £3.90 delivery charge.
• If your order is under £60 and you wish to have a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day before 1 pm it will be £7.40

All orders are normally dispatched within 48 to 72 (2-3 days) hours from receipt of payment. If for some reason any of the ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you and offer you alternatives, vouchers or a full refund.

In our experience our delivery estimates are accurate in majority of cases, however these time frames are not a guarantee as orders can be delayed by factors outside of our control once the order has been dispatched. For example, items can be delayed by bad weather conditions or by being held at customs. Therefore we  recommend ordering as early as possible if your order is required by a certain date.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct – we are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address. If your order requires reshipping due to it being returned to us in the UK for having an incorrect address a postage fee will be required.
